Free Revisions

Once an order is delivered, you are no longer eligible for a 100% refund. However, you may request up to three revisions free of charge. Since you receive the completed project in exchange for your payment, you will not be eligible for a 100% refund claim. For your assistance, we can help with the revisions. If you go through the content and feel the need for changes, you can discuss your revision needs with us. HAK Consultancy Services ensures your satisfaction and offers up to three free revisions.

 

Still Not Satisfied? You Can Still Claim Your Money Back!

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product/services, you may request a 50% refund of the paid fee amount. We will process the 50% refund upon verifying the claimed quality concerns. If your claim regarding the quality of the content is substantiated, you can receive 50% of your money back even after the project's completion. You will not encounter any unfair business practices with HAK Consultancy Services. Our qualified team is committed to providing you with the best content to meet your demands, and any quality concerns will be taken seriously.

 

Still Not Happy with the Content? You Have the Option of Full Refund

If you have a specific complaint scenario and request a full fee refund, your case will be forwarded to an evaluation committee. If, after all the revisions, you still do not feel satisfied with the work and request a full refund, do not worry; we will not disappoint you. The evaluation committee will assess the content against your order specifications and make an impartial decision based on facts and evidence. If there is any shortcoming in the content, you will receive a full refund. HAK Consultancy Services will not refund any amount due to a change of mind before or after the project has started.
